- Extensive project with requirement for broad range of disciplines
- Additional scope requirements to be delivered ad hoc throughout the campaign
Outcomes
- Delivered experienced planning and ops teams across all engineering, HSEQ, geology, supervisory and logistics disciplines.
- Ensured agile team in place with ability to deliver additional scopes
- Overcame travel restrictions meeting all personnel commitments to date
