It was a busy Q2 for Team Zenith!
We completed an important acquisition to underpin our specialist personnel provision, secured new global projects, attended industry events in London and continued planning for a football training camp in Africa, which we are proud to partner with Aberdeen Football Club to deliver this September.

Prodrill Acquisition
We are delighted to have acquired Aberdeen-based recruitment specialist Prodrill Energy Resource Solutions.
Louise Wood, Recruitment Director, and the Prodrill team continue to be points of contact to ensure continuity with both clients and contractors, with re-location from their Albyn Terrace office to Zenith Energy’s Bon Accord Square headquarters.
Martin Booth, managing director at Zenith Energy, says, “Over the past 40 years Prodrill has developed an unrivalled reputation as a leading specialist recruitment partner to the global energy industry. This acquisition complements our existing well project management expertise. This unity will double the size of our UK operations and add 25% to our global headcount. We are currently recruiting for several of our key global projects with positions available in Aberdeen, and Australia so this enables us to not only grow but have access to an expert in-house recruitment team.”

Global Project Update
We are delighted to have won a contract with SDX Morocco. This is a 2 well onshore project in Morocco for a repeat client. Zenith Australia is also managing a multi-client rig consortium.
We continue to support our clients and the team is currently delivering scopes of work for projects in Poland, Tanzania, Tunisia, Morocco and the UK
Team Appointments
We are delighted to welcome Nahvin Jayaratnam to the team as Drilling Engineer.
Nahvin joins the team with nine years of upstream oil and gas experience at E&P operators and service companies.
Zenith Energy x AFC x AFCCT in Senegal🇸🇳
Exciting news! This September we’ll be providing professional football coaching to talented young players aged 14 to 18 in Thiès, Senegal. Supported by Aberdeen Football Club, our world-class coaches will be delivering top-notch training.
Our MD Martin Booth, and Ops Director Chris Collie will also be joining to assist the young footballers in Senegal.
Teaming up with the football coach from the Polytechnic of Thiès, we will select up to 40 young footballers for the program, dividing them into morning and late afternoon sessions. The academy will take place at the Terrain de l'ENOA, ENOA Thiès.
It's an incredible honour to host this event with the Aberdeen Football Club coaches, and we're determined to make it a memorable experience for all the young professional players involved.

- Local boxing talent Gregor McPherson – Zenith is delighted to support his training camp in Spain which has seen training sessions with world champ Kiko Martínez. Gregor is in training for his next fight in September – click the link to see him in action!
- Chris Collie Racing - Our own Chris Collie hit the forest trail last weekend at the ‘Voyonic Grampian Forest Rally’, well done on a great race. Chris recently participated in the RSAC Scottish Rally and ended the day 9th overall, 8th Scottish Rally Championship driver and 1st in Class M7!
Making A Difference
West to East Coast Cycle Challenge -
On the 19th of May Tom, Joe and Chris headed off on a big cycle! They completed Glencoe to Aberdeen, approx 180miles in 1 day, a serious challenge but worth the temporary aches and pain! Congratulations to the team for completing this epic challenge! This fundraiser for Friends of ANCHOR raised an incredible £6,904.

Kiltwalk -
June saw MD Martin Booth set out from Duthie Park with his family and friends, along with hundreds of other charity walkers as they successfully completed 18 miles on foot for The Kiltwalk
A fantastic few months of focussed charity support with lots of vital funds raised by the Zenith Energy Ltd team. Thank you to all who donated towards their efforts. The team are now sitting with their feet up & a ☕ ... well maybe for 5 minutes! On to the next challenge...
